NiSi Store is an online store operated by NiSi directly. The warehouse of the NiSi Store is located in Zhuhai, CHINA.All the products will be shipped from our Zhuhai warehouse.

NiSi Store ships with DHL/ UPS Express.(3-7days worldwide shipping times)

All orders over USD$89 come with FREE shipping.

Shipping costs are USD$35 for orders below USD$89.

You will receive a tracking number for your shipment by email within 24 hours.

All weekday orders for stocked items will ship within 24 hours . If you would like the item to arrive at a specifific date, please indicate this in ‘order notes’ during the checkout process.

We regret that we are unable to ship a PO Box address

As NiSi products are generally quite valuable, please inspect the package upon delivery. If it is damaged or they are parts missing. please contact with support@nisioptics.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Please contact support@nisioptics.com to assist with preparation of your tax invoice after you have placed your order.

This price does NOT include VAT/GST/duty. Similar to purchasing in other foreign webstores, there is a chance that the customs will impose duty/VAT/GST when the parcel is shipped from foreign countries to your country. Within 7 calendar days or receiving the product if the product has a manufacturing defect With photo or video proof of the defective products.Our refund and replacement service does not apply to accidental damage, unreasonable use , deterioration or neglect.

Replacement freight:

NiSi will be responsible for the replacement freight costs of the defective products purchased from the NiSi Store.

Return Policy:
